PALS has been providing quality services to adults with developmental disabilities for over 17 years. Established in 1999, Pals has been dedicated to assisting individuals to live independently in their own homes. PALS specializes in personally designed services that are tailored fit to suit the individual's needs. Located in Whittier, PALS serves clients of the Regional Center who reside in Los Angeles County.
